Tracwave is a complete business automation platform for field service companies, handling the full lifecycle from customer onboarding to automated billing. Built to simplify technician workflows, the system includes smart routing, live appointment tracking, and a customer-facing dashboard for invoices and service logs. Stripe manages all billing, while Google Maps powers dynamic route planning. Currently in production trials with over 15 businesses.

Stripe handles recurring billing and payouts, while Firebase powers a scalable, serverless backend with optimized reads to reduce hosting costs.
